Toddler's and Infant's. - (Toddler Tips & advice)
Posted: 7/1/2009  By: Tiffany (Location: Fort Meade, Md, Age: 21)
I have a four year and a two year, and just gave birth to a new baby boy. My four year was not so thrilled about ANOTHER baby, so to encourage I let him help me get ready for him. He helped paint the nursery, picked out clothes, even helped me sanitize everything. When we brought my baby home, Our two year old would climb in all of his stuff and act like a baby, to make her feel like a big girl, we simply put started giving her a "special treat" which to my kids, is an apple or an orange every time she did something for the baby. Whether it was help me change his diaper, or help me empty the dryer and fold clothes, she soon got over the baby phase, and fast considering my new baby is only 12 days old. Now if only she would potty train.
